1980s Anne Pinkerton Deep Cut Purple Silk Blazer Medium
This luxurious blazer is made of 100% silk and adorned with mother-of-pearl buttons. The fabric is very soft and light in a beautiful subdued purple colour.
It has most of the 1980's characteristics: a loose fit and a longer cut with medium size shoulder pads and an oversized shawl collar. The blazer is embellished with oblique welt pockets and adjusted by dart detailing in the back.
Anne Pinkerton, describes her designs as "fun, daring, humorous, individual, wearable, adaptable, and affordable" and explains that she thinks any woman can wear them, as long as they are confident.
